The Most Dangerous Addresses On the Web?

Those two or three letters that go after the dot on a Web address -- you know, .com, .gov, .edu, and so on -- actually mean something. They identify the top level domain (TLD) that a site is on. It would seem that pretty much all those TLDs are more or less the same, but it looks like some domains harbor more malicious sites than others, according to a new report by security software vendor McAfee.

Okay, so I know we've gone over this one before, but a lot of you have been asking about it recently and it seems like many of you are still having trouble with it, so I thought I'd go over it again today. What am I talking about? Well, you may or may not know that the Control Panel on your computer has two different views. That's right, it has a Classic View and a Category View. They're both very different and either one of them can be used for all sorts of things. It's also very easy to switch back and forth between them. Read on!

all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes,
it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do.

INSIDE COLLEGE COSTS

WHY does college cost so much? Two basic reasons: People will pay what the colleges charge, and colleges have little incentive to reduce tuition.
Those who want the government to provide subsidies to help meet the high cost of college seem not to consider whether such subsidies might have contributed to the high cost in the first place.
